Taco Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium peppers, cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. salsa
    1 can kidney beans, undrained
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place pepper halves in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain well.
    Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Meanwhile, brown turkey in skillet; drain.
    Stir in taco seasoning, kidney beans and salsa.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
    Spoon into pepper halves.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with one teaspoon of sour cream, 1 teaspoon tomato and 1 teaspoon of Cheddar cheese.
