Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 potatoes, quartered
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Mix together to coat. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Turn over after 20 minutes of baking. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
