Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked rice
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    nutmeg (optional)
    2 cans evaporated milk
    8 to 10 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    This recipe can be halved with good results.
