Viennese Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat 2 eggs until frothy.
Beat in 1/2 cup sugar gradually; add vanilla, melted chocolate and butter.
Combine baking powder and flour; add to chocolate mixture.
In a separate bowl, soften cream cheese; add 1 egg, sugar and almond flavor and mix.
In a greased baking pan, pour chocolate mix (half), then pour cream cheese mix on top of chocolate mix.
Spread remaining chocolate over cream cheese mix.
Bake for 20 minutes.
