Dr. Bird Cake(Hummingbird Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. bananas, diced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. nuts, optional
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients.
Add eggs and oil.
Stir by hand.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas, and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
If using a bundt pan, bake 40-45 minutes.
Either icing is great on this cake.
