Elsie'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. cocoa, dissolved in hot water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and
    sugars. Beat in eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients alternately, beating well after each addition. Pour into 9

    12-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes,
    then

    the
    last

    minutes.
    Frost as desired.
