Squid Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh squid
1/2 head garlic, minced
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. squid broth
1 onion, chopped
6 tomatoes, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
-
Boil squid in garlic, vinegar, water and salt. When tender, take out squid and remove membrane, eyes and stomach.
Set 1/2 cup broth aside.
Cut squid into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
