Roy'S Multi-Grain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 Tbsp. molasses or honey
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. applesauce
    4 1/2 c. flour *
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
    Stir well.
    Place molasses or honey in warm water with yeast.
    Allow yeast to rise to the top then add applesauce.
    Stir this mixture with flour (if making raisin bread, at this point add at least 2 cups of raisins, usually more.)
    Turn onto floured board and knead 10 minutes or more.
    Spray bowl with vegetable spray.
    Cover and let rise at least 30 minutes.
    Cut and form into 2 or 3 loaves and place in an oven preheated to 250\u00b0.
    When about double in bulk turn oven up to about 350\u00b0.
    Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, depending on your oven.
