Low-Fat Manicotti Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. nonfat Parmesan cheese
    15 oz. nonfat Ricotta cheese
    3/4 pkg. nonfat shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 tsp. (approximately) each basil, garlic powder and oregano
    25.5 oz. Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
    8 to 10 manicotti shells
Preparation
    Mix cheeses and spices; set aside.
    Put manicotti shells in boiling water.
    Boil for only 5 minutes.
    Pour out half of the boiling water; replace with cold water so it is just warm to your touch.
    Keep shells in this water or else they will dry out and crack.
    Remove one shell at a time and stuff, using a butter knife, with cheese and spice mixture.
    Spread approximately 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce into a 9-inch casserole dish.
    Fill with stuffed manicotti shells.
    Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over stuffed shells, being sure to cover them completely.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
