Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. coffee cream (half and half)
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put eggs, sugar and cream into mixing bowl.
    Beat until creamy. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to nuts and dates.
    Stir until nuts and dates are covered with batter. Turn into greased baking dish and bake in slow oven at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 about 50 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
    Makes 8 servings.
