Chicken Wing Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chicken wings
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. mochiko
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    2 eggs
    garlic, chopped
    green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; soak chicken for 2 to\t3
    hours.
    Deep fry.
