Texas Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 (18 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 cans (15 oz.) water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can (18 oz.) water
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    3 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground oregano
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain well.
    Put beef, onion, tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, and all spices into a large pot.
    In small dish, mix flour and enough water to make paste. Stir into chili.
    Cover and simmer on low heat for a couple of hours.
    It is best on the next day.
    Serves 10 people.
