Crispy Vegetable Appetizer Tree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small heads curly endive or leaf lettuce or 2 bunches parsley
    1 plastic foam craft cone (12-inches high)
    5 c. assorted vegetable dippers (cherry tomatoes, carrot curls, radish roses, cauliflowerets, celery fans, zucchini sticks and cucumber slices)
Preparation
    Wash endive, lettuce or parsley and dry well.
    Attach greens to cone.
    Start from bottom and work upwards.
    Use toothpicks for the greens.
    Do likewise with the assorted vegetables and insert in the tree for decorations.
    Arrange the remaining vegetable dippers on serving plate around the base of tree.
    Refrigerate until serving time.
    Serves 8 to 10.
