Marinated Beef Roast(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef sirloin tip roast
    2 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Place roast in a deep bowl.
    Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover and marinate, refrigerated, overnight. Mount and balance roast on rotisserie spit.
    Cook 3 to 4 inches from medium-hot coals for 1 1/2 hours.
