Country Captain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size chunks.
    Brown chicken in margarine until just browned.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato liquid, onion and curry powder.
    Bring to boil; cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
