Hamburg Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
    2/3 c. onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain grease.
    Blend next four ingredients. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Put in pie shells.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
