Health Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lentils, rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
    2 eggs
    4 tsp. steak sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat lentils, water and salt to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and mash.
