Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes.
    Mash potatoes, mixing in all other ingredients until well blended.
    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Makes 2 pies.
