Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. low-fat biscuit mix
    1 1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. milk
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together the biscuit mix and orange juice.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
    Drizzle over the warm muffins.
    If desired, poke a hole in the baked muffin and fill the center with the gooey glaze.
    Makes one dozen.
