Turkey "Everything" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked turkey
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine the turkey, celery, rice, almonds, green pepper, onion, lime juice, salt and black pepper. In a medium size bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mushroom soup. Add to the turkey mixture and stir to combine all the ingredients.
    Pour the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
