Plucketts Or Pull-Aparts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 c. scalded milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten well
flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
melted butter
1 c. sugar (brown)
1 c. ground nuts
cinnamon
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Combine the sugar, butter and salt to the scalded milk; when lukewarm, add the dissolved yeast, eggs and just enough flour to make stiff batter.
Cover and let rise until doubled, punch down and let rise again.
Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Dip each ball in melted butter, then in a mixture of brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
Put in tube pan and let rise.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately and serve warm.
