Ingredients

3 large cucumbers
3 large onions
green peppers
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
celery seed
Preparation

Slice cucumbers and onion and put in bowl.
Salt and let set for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Drain liquid off and add sliced green peppers.
Use as many green peppers as you like.
Boil sugar, vinegar, water and some celery seed.
Cool well and pour over cucumber; mix and chill.
Keeps well in refrigerator for a few days.
