Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. brisket
    8 oz. barbecue sauce
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Cool and slice thin.
    Cook 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Serve.
