Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    2 c. popcorn shrimp, cooked
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. chili powder, cayenne pepper and Lawry's seasoning
Preparation
    Saute oil, flour and onion to tan.
    Add celery, green pepper, water and tomato sauce.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Cook until done; add shrimp and mushrooms.
    Just bring to boil and take off fire and serve over rice.
