Veal With Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 red or green peppers
    1 large onion
    1 lb. veal for stew
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
    1/2 c. red wine
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    6 to 8 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sliced, peeled eating apples
    3 large sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
    1 lb. frankfurters, split lengthwise and halved
    1/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
    3 lb. chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 oranges, sliced
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    3 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 10 minutes; remove.
    In large bowl, toss together next 3 ingredients; spoon into pastry.
    In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Slowly spoon over tuna.
