Vegetable Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked rice, cooled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
