Brighten-Up Breakfast(Method: Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon or diced ham
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (29 oz.) can potatoes, cubed
    1/4 lb. American or Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, beat together the eggs and milk; set aside.
    Slice bacon into small pieces; fry in large skillet. Drain away most of the grease into a heat-resistant can.
    Add cubed potatoes and heat them through (about 3 to 5 minutes).
    Add eggs; cook until done.
    Top with cheese and serve.
