Peaches And Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
3 1/4 oz. pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
15 to 20 oz. can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch deep dish pan.
Beat the first 7 ingredients and pour into prepared pan.
Drain off all juice from peaches and place fruit on top of batter.
Reserve juice.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Spoon on top of peaches 1-inch from the edge. Sprinkle over cream cheese filling the sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Refrigerate.
