Beefy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Shape into small balls. Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 5 dozen.
