Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift the first 4 ingredients together.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Add eggs, oil and vanilla to dry mixture. Blend with mixer for about 3 minutes on medium.
    Stir in carrots and walnuts.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans that have been greased and floured.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
    Cool completely before frosting.
