Pineapple Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour + 1 Tbsp.
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Combine both mixtures. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
