Quick Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    scallops
    shrimp
    crab
    olive oil
    chopped garlic
Preparation
    In a nonstick skillet, saute 1 tablespoon olive oil and chopped garlic.
    Add seafood and gently saute for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve over rice.
    Add chopped fresh scallions.
