Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 to 6 Tbsp. water
    1 1/4 c. lard
Preparation
    Cut lard into flour and salt with fork or pastry blender until pea size particles.
    Mix egg, vinegar and water with fork.
    Add to flour.
    Blend and roll into crusts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Enough for 4 pie shells.
