Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 egg
    1 can corn, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin cups.
    In large bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Mix milk, butter and egg in 2nd bowl.
    Add slowly to dry ingredients just until combined.
    Stir in corn gently.
    Spoon into muffin tins. Bake approximately 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
