Fruit Stack Dippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 seedless grapes (about 1 c.)
    30 pineapple chunks (fresh or canned), well drained
    26 mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned), well drained
    15 strawberries, cut into halves (about 1 c.)
    24 cheese cubes (each about 3/4-inch thick; Colby, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, cream cheese or caraway)
    Lime Yogurt Dip
Preparation
    Alternate 3 pieces of any combination of fruit and cheese on plastic or wooden picks.
    Serve with Lime Yogurt Dip.
    Makes about 40 appetizers.
