Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. cooked zucchini
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

In 2-quart shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.
Toss stuffing mix with butter and spoon over vegetable mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes approximately 6 cups.
