Lindy'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter (1/2 preferred)
Preparation

Butter 10-inch spring-form pan.
Combine flour, sugar, lemon rind and vanilla.
Make well in center and add egg yolk and butter.
Work mixture with hands until well blended.
Cover and chill for about 1 hour.
Roll dough about 1/4-inch thick or less on floured surface.
Place in bottom of spring-form pan.
Line sides with remaining dough which has been rolled and cut to fit. (I have trouble rolling out the dough, so I pat the crust out in the pan instead.)
