George'S Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 1 lb. leftover roast beef or more
2 raw onions
2 to 3 potatoes, peeled
2 to 3 carrots, peeled
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put through food processor or food grinder, so it looks chopped. Fry slowly in a little oil until all is tender.
If you have leftover gravy, can serve that over hash.
