Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    1 stick margarine (melted)
    Pinch of salt
    2 eggs (beaten)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 cup flaked coconut
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup seedless raisins
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix the sugar and margarine, salt, eggs, and vinegar.
    Add the coconut, pecans, and raisins.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0- 325\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
