Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, add the first 3 ingredients.
    Blend thoroughly, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Place on medium heat until mixture reaches the boiling point and thickens.
    Add as much of the juice from one lemon as necessary to get the desired taste.
    Refrigerate before serving.
