Guilt-Free Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten or Egg Substitute
7/8 c. flour, sifted (1 c. less 2 Tbsp.)
1 1/3 c. dry nonfat milk
8 packets artificial sweetener
2 1/2 to 3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

Mix together and divide into 12 nonstick muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings, 3 muffins each. Each contains 1 milk, 1 egg, 1 bread, 1 fruit and 3 extras.
