Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. blueberries
    1/4 c. sugar plus 1/2 c.
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
    Mix oil and egg to milk; mix with a fork.
    Make a well in center of flour mixture and add oil mixture.
    Stir with a fork.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Add blueberries and stir easy.
    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
