Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk or plain milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 or more c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Frost while hot.
Melt margarine, milk, cocoa and vanilla. Add powdered sugar.
Mix well.
Add nuts on top.
