Fresh Tomato-Basil Spaghettine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. spaghettine
1/4 c. olive oil
4 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sliced, drained sun-dried tomatoes
1 medium tomato, cored, seeded and diced 1/2-inch
1 c. dry white wine
1 c. chicken broth
2 (1/4 oz.) pkg. fresh basil, shredded 1/8-inch
4 Tbsp. chilled butter
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
Preparation
-
Blanch spaghettine; drain.
Set aside.
Heat saute pan over medium-high heat.
Add oil and garlic; saute garlic about 1 minute; do not brown.
