Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 (full strip) Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Melt together 1/2 stick of margarine and cheese.
Mix with broccoli.
Melt other 1/2 stick of margarine and mix with the Ritz crackers (after they have been crushed).
Top broccoli mixture with Ritz cracker mixture (sprinkled) on top of broccoli mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
