No-Bake Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Pet evaporated milk
    24 large finely cut marshmallows or 3 c. miniatures
    1/3 c. orange juice
    6 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. finely cut dates
    1 c. broken nutmeats (walnuts or pecans)
    1 1/4 c. ready mixed cut up candied fruits
Preparation
    Put the milk, marshmallows and orange juice into a large bowl; let stand until needed.
    Roll graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a large bowl, mix the crumbs, spices, raisins, dates and nuts. Add the candied fruits. Add the milk mixture.
    Mix with a spoon, then with hands until crumbs are moistened. Press firmly into a 9-inch tube pan or loaf pan with waxed paper lining.
    Top with additional fruit and nuts.
    Cover tightly. Chill 2 days before slicing.
    Keep in cool place.
    Makes 3 1/2 pounds.
