Sausage And Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

1 (10 oz.) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage links
1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. chopped green onions (scallions)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Roll out each biscuit into 5-inch circle. Place each in an ungreased muffin cup. Cut sausage in fifths and brown in skillet; drain. Divide sausage among cups. In a small bowl, combine eggs, cheese and scallions. Spoon about 2 full tablespoons into each cup. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes (until browned).
