Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped unpeeled apples
    1 1/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Sift together and add flour, soda and salt.
    Fold in apples and pecans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven and pour hot glaze over cake in pan.
    Let stand in pan 2 hours.
