Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (low-fat works great)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven.
    Cook until beef is browned, stirring until it crumbles.
    Drain.
    Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Yields about four cups.
