Carrot Salad(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 fresh carrot (not from a plastic bag), peeled and grated
    1/2 apple (Fuji), chopped and dipped in Sure-Jell Ever Fresh
    2 Tbsp. dried cranberries, chopped
Preparation
    Combine orange juice and mustard in a small bowl for dressing. In a large bowl combine carrots, apples and cranberries. Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl. Toss well, cover and refrigerate until chilled. Best served the same day - does not hold over well. Serves 2.
